Steven and Karen would like to welcome you to their tasteful and modern guest house. We are ideally placed on the northern side of Kendal, where just a short walk into the town centre, guests can explore the many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs. The Lakes and surrounding Fells are a short distance away, with both Buses and Trains available daily.
Kendal and the Lake District have a lot to offer, with many attractions and historical sites. We welcome walkers and cyclists, also those who are brave enough to complete the many walks, including the Dalesway, and offer a local pick up service from your nearest point. We would like you to begin your visit with us, and we will try to create that quiet, calming atmosphere, so all our guests can unwind and relax.
There are no TV's in any of the guest rooms, as we have a seperate guest lounge with digital television and real fire for that extra cosy feeling. Tea and coffee is also available in the dining room at all times and is unlimited.
Seasons Guest House has a double room with en-suite shower room, double room with a Seperate private 4 piece bathroom and a twin room with shower and seperate private toilet. All rooms are decorated to a high standard, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, each room has tea and coffee making facilities, central heating and extra blankets available, for those winter nights.
We are a non smoking establishment and do not accept pets, also our facilities do not cater for large same sex groups. We do not have facilities for children under 16 years of age.

There is a £30.00 deposit per room per night needed to secure your booking. We accept payment by either cash, Bacs or Cheque, which can be used in advance either for the deposit or full payment (3 weeks before date of arrival).
