Steven and Karen would like to welcome you to their newly modernised guest house. We are ideally placed on the northern side of Kendal, but in walking distance of the town centre and also only a short distance to the Lakes and surrounding Fells.
Kendal and the Lake District have a lot to offer and we would like you to start your visit with us, as we are trying to create a quiet, calming atmosphere for all our guests to unwind and relax. We hope to be welcoming and that you find us friendly and helpful, we welcome walkers and cyclists, also we are participating with the ‘Out to Play Golf’ which gives golfers 2 for 1 green fee's (at certain golf courses).
We are a non smoking establishment and we do not accept pets, also our facilities do not cater for large same sex groups (Hen or Stag). We do not have facilities for children under 14 years of age.
Seasons Guest House has two double rooms and one twin, all have either en-suite facilities or private 4 piece bathroom. We now have available a large room which can sleep a maximum of four guests which has an en-suite. All rooms are warm and inviting, with central heating and extra blankets for those winter nights.
There are no TV's in any of the guest rooms, as there is a lounge with sateite TV which is available for guest use. Tea and coffee is available in the dining room at all times and is unlimited.

There is a £30.00 deposit per room per night needed to secure your booking. We accept payment by either cash or credit / debit card (there is a charge for all card payments). Cheques can be used in advance either for the deposit or full payment (3 weeks before date of arrival).
